TESL Saskatchewan Membership Fee & Expiry Changes
In order to continue to serve our membership we will be making some changes to our fees and expiry date structure.
Beginning October 1, 2016 TESL Saskatchewan will see changes to our membership fee structure as follows:
Membership fees will be billed once a year rather than in quarterly installments. Each member’s expiry date will be on September 30.
During the transition from quarterly billing to yearly billing each member that does not already have an expiry date that falls in the 4th quarter will pay a prorated rate to catch them up. Example: (My current membership will be expiring in Quarter 2 of 2016. Therefore, my renewal rate will equal $67.50; $45 (the old annual membership renewal fee) + $22.50 (two quarters at $11.25 each for the remainder of the 2016 period).
*First Time Registration Fee: is a one-time administrative fee that is due at the time of registering for one of two reasons (a) becoming a member, or b) renewing a membership that has lapsed for one year or more.)
** Late Fee: members who have not renewed their membership dues by September 30 are required to pay a late fee.
***Those that renew their membership before October 1, 2016 will be guaranteed the current rate.
We would like to thank our members for their involvement and support. Should you have any questions regarding the changes in fees, we invite you to attend our AGM so that we can personally answer your questions. If you are unable to attend the AGM, please feel free to contact us by email at email@example.com.
