This workshop provides both a look at the realities faced by small to mid-sized organizations today and a series of critical conceptual and practical building blocks to help organizations align their structures, processes and plans with the work they are creating, producing, supporting and presenting. ARTS Action Research shares insights from three decades of work in the sector, breaks down some of the prevailing myths in the field and empowers arts professionals and their partners to use their own values, processes and culture to create healthy, dynamically balanced organizations.
